You mean the small man in your head? Tell him that he's done something very fine!

Nice receiver. Very good material. Go on, please!

Great work Thomas! I really like the lighted receiver - but the reflected knob lights look incorrect and distract from the product.

Good point. Thanks for this comment. In the real model the red mark on the knobs is not just paint. There are LEDs embeded in there glowing in the dark and that is what you see in the reflection. Just looking at the uppper part of the picture it doesn't look like those red marks are actually emitters...

I will have to think about, how it could become more evident. Possibly in the future with a slight fog ... or some other angle of lighting.

Try recessing the light emitters into the knobs behind a clear material - hope this helps :)

This receiver, took a little while to model. It was done very accurately (true to the actual object) with a calliper measuring all aspects down to 0.1 mm.

These marks are actually concave hemispheres on the actual model and they are very bright (kinda burns the eye if you stare at it).

Thanks Tom ! but I can hardly compare to your talent or the skilled artists in this forum. As a matter of fact I am already amazed by your next projects ... and I haven't even seen them yet 8)
