They are stretched. It is a power washer gun so I was trying to convey force and movement of the water on the surface behind the gun.

Wow long time no post. My latest project to hit the market is an auto-feed screwdriver. Modelling done in Solidworks and rendered with V2 about a year ago. The displaced grip texture needed to be mapped in Cinema 4D then brought into studio. Im continuing with the theme of objects that look like they will inflict bodily harm. Maybe one day I will get to work on a back massager or something like that to make up for all this painful looking stuff
