nice work eldo!
thanks.. the animation took 4 minutes/frame @ 768x326
the still took 10 minutes. everything except the orange.. things.. is a plastic material or metal material.. i have full GI with 6 bounces.. glossy reflections everywhere.. bumpmapping about 4,5 Million Polys, real DoF..

show me another renderer that can achieve a result with mentioned "features" in the same amount of time.. yay!!

im now.. after this test.. planning to make a bigger animation.. i though have to wait for the c4d plugin because animating in max is hell (for me!).. so i´ll set everything up in cinema..
i planned a car crash in slowmotion.. like the one (with trucks) in matrix reloaded.. i know.. i know..
matrix stuff.. and people start crying..
who cares its just a test..

First of all, it's a nice one eldo!

I don't want to bug here too but I have to say something that I believe
there is something still wrong with motion blur and it's not about you.
So, forgive me eldo for telling this here...

Here are 2 frames from your animation...
It's clear that the darkest (in the middle one) pole is the actual one.
According to the direction of animation the closer one is the previous one that comes from motion blur.
And what about the next one?
Crazy! Can motion blur have prophecy?

We have a long discussion on other thread you all know, but I still didn't
satisfied about the answers. I'm personally curious about what Albert thinks.
IMO, this must not be the way how it works.

@andron: be sure about the green ambient ;) this is so common in such movies like matrix.

sorry. tom but were talking about combustions motion blur here.. have that in mind and me setting the phase to -50 this effect appears a regular one working with combution´s motionblur ;)

   oh oh oh this last one is really kicking a**....
BRAVO!!!!
btw/ while camera is passing over blocks you know there are some reddish frames, are they because of intersecting cam with geometry?

p.s: hope you are not angry with me about the combustion blur... heheh.. it's still there and i'm still waiting for a maxwell one ;)
