Thanks again!

Fernando Tella: I know what you mean. Our spec was to keep it snappy but include all the information they provided. It does get a bit tight in spaces but we think we came to quite a equal balance considering. It seemed that, if it hung too long on the text, the animation dragged on somewhat. But that balance is definitely something we're looking more into for future animations. :)

Hello again. Just posted up another gallery entry, this time an exterior render. :) If possible, please view in full size (link beneath the image). This is our first contracted architectural job, so it was quite a learning curve. Although not perfect, I really like the result. The gravel for the car park was the only part I wasn't too keen on, but it needed to be subtle and not stand out. The whole thing also needed to be placed on a plain background, so having it come to a natural end was a bit of a head scratcher. But we decided on the "clear cut" square edged image, while keeping enough road and surroundings to ground it nicely.

Comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi guys. Product shot added to the gallery on page 1 for the Zenniva MsT200 (vegetable steamer). Not the most dynamic angle I'd have liked, but it's what they requested. They needed it to be clear and crisp, with subtlety and realism over anything too flashy. Everyone was pleased with how it turned out and it'll be used for their promotional adverts and packaging. From my side of things, using sub-surface for the lid was fun to set up (love the shadow it casts onto the floor and product). We took a photo of the food layout and added it to the render in post.

Any comments would be great. Thanks!

It looks really nice -- for more realism you might have placed a copy of the food photo at the bottom of the container to supply a reflection (in the plastic) of all those lovely oranges and greens... right now it looks really good but a bit "off" because of the lack of those (you can see them on the cauliflower in the photo).

Best,
Jason.
