Update.

Oops I forgot to include the battery! Need to think up an excuse. It probably wont work but that's why I like renders.

Need to render it again in Maya flying (out of the stand) with motion blur on rotor blades.

Your images are great examples that it pays off to spend time on the materials and not just the lighting. The 'dark' touchpad has to be a photo :)

Cheers Mihai - I don't really mess around with the lighting that much. Problem with rendering is it's infinite. I can see what's wrong with the renders but I haven't really got enough time to keep re-rendering. Hopefully when I get my new NASA PC it'll speed things up and i'll update these.
