Thanks w i l l.

but that's nothing special.

At the first image (white car),

camera position is fixed but target follow the car.

At the second image (blue car),

camera position and target is linked to the car.

so the camera follow the moving of the car.

Racing machine is running at the speed of about 300kmph.
( I know it's to fast at the corner of the track, but I'm a speed maniac even though I have no car. )

Just turn on the motion blur option in the object properties.

and turn on the global motion blur.

That's all.

:D
Motion blur has to be done within other animation software doesnt it?... It cant be applied with Studio?

Will.

I did it with 3dsMax and plugin only. no other software.

If you use 3dsMax, just build your scene with actual movement of object and camera.( move key animation only )

And then enable the object motion blur option in the object properties and global motion blur option in maxwell option.

And render it. That's all.

If you use 3dsMax, I can make a simple tutorial for you.

Here is the simple scene.

Great render. One minor detail to push it over the top: race cars get very dirty (oil, bugs) and sandblasted (any sand or grit leaves a mark at 200mph) on all the leading edge surfaces after several laps, especially when running with other cars. An endurance car that's been running for 12-24 hours will look absolutely terrible.

The other thing that looks distracting to me is not the grass so much as the red & white striped kerb. Those are usually ridged rather than smooth, and have marks from being run over, etc. There's also a very sharp transition on your render between the track and the kerb.

OK, one more thing: that racing line isn't right- there's no apex, the tire marks run down the middle of the track. And the rubber that gets laid down wouldn't be that consistent (it's usually concentrated in the braking zone, with some around the apex), and it wouldn't usually have such distinctly separated tire marks, because every car takes a slightly different line.

Again, these are minor criticisms, those are some fantastic renders.

Awesome rendering!

I just have a few physical points to address:

I think the tire marks should cut the corner more and widen out. Race cars don't make even turns; they go wide, cut in, then widen out of a turn. Watch a race sometime and I think you'll see what I mean.

Or, try making that turn in Gran Turismo III (or some other driving simulator), and watch your car spin out!
