I love the architecture. The stone texture is bringing this render down, though. Until displacement is ready, modeling will give you the best result, or if your 3d app can create displaced geometry from this map? Also, the edge between the concrete and the stone looks fake. There should be some gaps here to create more realism. The stone would not really fit perfectly straight with the concrete.
@ yanada: yes, everything is done in rhino.
workflow: importing acad plans (2d), work with surface, texturing, and finally i put some evermotion trees. roof tiles are 3d object.
@ Bubbaloo:you are right. i spent a lot of time with displacement in rhino, but i have trouble with edges and maping, so i gave up. i wait the real displacement in maxwell. bump in maxwell is really disappointing....
