i think it's a dynamite architectural rendering! the light maybe looks a little strong near the bottom (as others have noted), but i've seen similar lighting in long-exposure photos. the blurring of the cars adds to the sense that this is probably a long exposure photo.
the only (small) thing that seemed odd to me were the birds to the left and right of the building, they're obviously the exact same birds in the exact same formation, which you'd never see in real life.
