To my untrained eye, it looks as though the cap and jug have been modeled using a lathe tool. (Without knowing how you modeled it, this is my best guess.)

I'm not a Rhino user, so I don't know the modeling methods available, but perhaps the visible seam needs welding. It's a similar issue to mirror modeling, when the two halves are not fused together correctly at the final stage.

I hope my posts haven't come across offensively to you, I'm just offering what limited advice I can give. ;)
