Very nice new stuff u done there Jotero :) the master of mathematical structures on here, that's you!

I can't help noticing one thing on the last posted greyish shape, there are traces of interference patterns on the far side of it to the right where the mesh is dense and the segments are tight together. Unless you scaled it down from a larger rendering it could be a antialiasing issue. But i'm not sure as it's hard to say..

But that's the only one i could see that on now, it's probably just a temporary glitch :)

Keep up the great work Jotero!

Beautyful scans jotero! What technique do you use? Is your head-scan based on photographies?

It's always a pleasure to see your work!

Very nice work Jotero. You are a master.
Since you are expert about 3Dscanning methods i have a question for you.
It exist a 3d scanning system that works in following way?

You film your object with a common CCD camera from all sides. If you need more detail in a region you simply zoom to the intersted part.

Longer the film more exact the result.

You load the movie in the 3D scanning software that tracks the moving pixels (like PFTRACK or Match Mover but with much more tracked pixels).
The software builds the 3D data cloud and convet it to a 3D mesh.
UV maps are automatically created.

It exist something similar?

Hey Jotero, Amazing stuff! A+!

Well Kristi, these you've sent look like folded paper at most. :-) Jotero's Math objects look much nicer, better composition, better aesthetics and better render.
