Can you share the floor shader (texture) of the last ones?

Just a quick question, is the floor being textured witha texture with bump or displacement map, or have you modelled the bricks individually, as im totally sold on the look of the floor my self, looking very nice .

I think the floor has 2 maps (color and bump), not displacement in maxwell at the moment.
