Have you setup the several enviroment variables under "Start -> Control Panel -> System" If no that would be to recommend.

wondeful modeling and great pose, love to see it fly!. esspecially with SSS in the Skin othe wings.!!! it will be great if you se them very transparent. via clippin map trick using 1bit image. (refrence the Nazgul from Return of the King) , but just great feel for this scene already. Love how its already in a set.

You might want to go ahead and animate this in max.
I got the maya 6.5 maxwell running, and even though it works it crashes on animation export, it crasshes or writes subsequent mxs files that cant render.

So when you get the plugin going in maya theres great chances that it wont export your animation.
We dont have max so m still using maxwell alpha because of this problem.

MITHIKO29 you need to write the maxwell_root in environemnt variable and point it to your mayall root folder.
