Although textures can do a lot for your image consider roughing up the wooden parts a bit. You know - a tiny crack here, a dent there. Try to break up the straight lines especially on the center of interest e.g. the house.

I'd like to see you start exchanging your placeholders for real grass.

Lighting wise i don't know where you are heading but right now it seems quite cold. I figure you are not aiming for a winter still because of the grass placeholders so might i suggest warming up the lighting a tad.
However i really have no idea where you are going with this so just speculating ...
