This started as a modeling test but ended up going all the way to finish image.

Modeling in Rhino V5 for Mac OSX (I like Rhino!); Scene composited into Cinema 4D. Lighting is custom HDRI baked setup. All rendered in Maxwell. DOF/ColorCorrection in Photoshop.

A variation of famous Rhino Level 2 Mouse Tutorial turned into finish image.
