Pedro the reason for that big noise is that most of your light is indirect... Maybe adding a plane emitter somewhere could help Above camera maybe?

This is what i think..
1st image: Too dull, it lacks contrast but no overexposure
2nd image: Too overexposed
3rd image: Too overexposed
4th image: It's "empty"..
All images: Please switch to another concrete texture, that one's overused by so many on this forum and other galleries. Be different! maybe u could try adding something in these renderings to make them look more real, or something that attracts the attention to that. A focalpoint.

Maybe you could add some speakers to the sides... Like cinemas have!
Maybe a lonely person sitting on the steps?

No, not really and RPC look crappy in my opinion... But It doesnt need toi be all that realistic. Maybe a more abstract model could help... Like a box model of a person using diffuse only.

If you do not have 3D people, you best and most cost effective method is to take some of your old magazines, and look for some new ones with just images of people doing things naturally, sitting, standing, walking whatever.

Scan them in, trim the background out, make alphas and shadows yourself, and woila, you have started your own photoreal, clip map people library to complement your photoreal renderings!

Now that I have used them, I actually prefer clip map people as opposed to 3d people.
