Generally it is a really nice image...
Some crits...
1. I don't like the man in the center...
2. Try also with another hour of day for more interesting lighting...
3. Since you use real buildings and trees for the environment, try using 3d people or at least photos
4. The material on the walls is not very clear... What is it? maybe it needs something.
5. Some more saturation for the grass material... the left part seems almost grey...

There is a major flaw in this rendering. The lighting in your scene does not match the lighting on the photo of the building. In fact it looks to be about 180 degrees off! I'm sorry to sound harsh, but this is just unacceptable in arch vis.

Also, the closest man in the street is very distracting. I'd remove him.

I absolutely agree with the comments made, but....

....looking at the presentations by Gehry and by example Koolhaas your work will do fine I think for its purpose.

Competitions are almost never won for their illustrations but much more for the idea. Look at the winners for what was presented as the biggest comp. in the world, the Asplund library in Stockholm. The winner was totally invisable as far as presention is concerned. 4 out of 5 winners had far worse images to show for than yours really.

Instead of wondering how your image can be improved you should wonder about your proposel being exactly what the jury is after. In some competitions the jury is actually after shear beauty, in that case I would seriously study the comments made here.

Most lilely though and in 99% of the cases the winners win because of an idea. Ask yourself if you would submit with a simple sketch. if not, your idea is not yet good enough...
Its my personal experience that if you start polishing your drawings and images you might be doing so the rest of your life.....
