i love the lighting on the 3rd (exterior building render). the cars look strange... their lighting is obviously different from the rest of the scene.

i also think the 1st interior lobby render is quite good.

For the first render, the lights are starry. Did you use maxwell to do the glare for those, or is that photoshop?

Can you share maps/settings? I can never get glare working the way I'd like.
