Looking good... i have some doubts about the architectural details... particularly on the buildability. For instance you show and I beam with a large sheet of glass under; how do you support the glass at top and bottom? My 2 cents - if you add abi bit more detail on the modeling for those particular views then they will look more real. Another one is you floor joists which you trim for the staircase but are not supported at that end... the all point of having the joists is to support the floor not the other way around.
This is only constructive criticism and in no way undermine your modeling and rendering skills...
