nice renderings! Lightning looks alot better to me now.
I would correct the camera in the first rendering a bit.
you get an extreme feel of falling down in this picture.

Congrats for those renders.

Two things that noticed me.

Reposition your camera. If you rotate your cameralens you should do that at a low view, not at a person's point a view. It looks like the rooms slides off a cliff or something.

The t.v screen looks like a mirror.
