The hair looks really good, but the face and eyes could use some texture work.

She looks like a doll with real hair

What a lovely character!! Great hair btw, looks very natural. Maybe you could add some kind of pattern or print to the t-shirt and make it something else than white, so that the image looks less over-exposed.
That face though... so cute!
