I don't know...it's a really nice render, but it's almost like something is missing...but I can't quite put my finger on "what". Maybe it's the lighting or something. There seem to be shadows, but they're coming from light sources everywhere, not just one or two directions. I don't know... Otherwise, I really like it.

This image is incredible. But since it looks SO nice... I'd like to point what I think could be improved.... just because it looks so nice it won't hurt any constructive critique....

Three things that are giving away as CG.

1 - The bed sheets are too straight... thy look kind of puffy.

2 - the curtains are too straight and the folds are flat.

3 - and this is the most important thing... the windows seem too white... too washed out.

All the rest. from the ceiling lamp to the picture frame seems very real.

It is nice, but what it is missing is a focal point in the image. The camera is too low like the height of a small child. Its like you were trying to fit everything into view you could so we can see it all, but this takes away the dynamic of focusing on one particlar area of the room. From a technical standpoint it is nice except for the few comments alrady said like curtain stiffness, and sheets.
