Hello again. I render images with 4 computers in my office, but after updating to the new plugin for maya I discovered that it's not possible anymore to enter a seed factor from maya and you must now configure and render using the network render manager. Well, it sucks. The network thing fails every now and then and is more complicated than simply copying the ...scenes and ...sourceimages to all computers and rendering with different seed number at each machine, than manually doing cooperative merging for the mxi files. Is it possible to return the seed factor in the newer release or maybe insert it back to the plugin in batch file so I can give each computer a seed of it's own and render again like a human being and not like a network admin ? thanx for any comment...

and plz don't offer me to use the command line, I want to run the render from maya like always...running maxwell from the command line after you have a nice scene in maya ? why?
