Hi again,

OSX version will be released at the same time than Win (in about 3-4 weeks).

Kind regards,

Oh my... 3-4 weeks in the software world is often 3-4 months...

It looks so close... compared to the current version it is so far along that I for one would rather use a buggy version of the new plug-in than the current one. ANY chance at all we can get a beta version?

umm... Juan, i do have one more question that bothers me ...

is there the feature integrated that renders the preview of the scene in maya also over the network in coop mode?
(i mean not the status preview of a scene that renders over network so i can check if all is correct..)
because previews must be rendered fast and when i could use the network also for speedy output just to the RenderView, this would be fantastic !

or could this be scripted in mel to access the network for these previews?

thaaanks !

Does the XSI plugs will be at same level of integration in the soft or not ?

Cause when we see that we are just on the edge for change to Maya ...

I've setup and rendered animations (just silly stuff) and it's as easy as batch rendering with Mental Ray or the Maya Software renderer. Before we used to get 1 MXS file per frame exported, but no more!!

It's gooooooooood!
This true?!? On the maxwell site i thought i saw it said 1 mxs *per* frame. Not true? If not, would be pretty wicked - is this something that could be bridged over to the other plugins?
