i am in the process of getting a new dual processor machine, and was wondering if anyone has seen a benchmark test comparison between diferent processors?
As it is right now, im going to get a dual opteron machine. Has anyone had any troubles/issues using maxwell to render with dual opterons?

No problems here - dual 248 opteron on a Tyan Thunder K8W board, 2Gb RAM, Nvidia 980XGL graphics.

No problems. Maxwell works fine with OPTERON!
