I've just been doing some render work through the Maya plugin. I just have a small problem that I'm wondering if there is a solution for.

Of course, when I hit the render button, It fires up Maxwell Render on my local machine, but is there a way to hit render and have the job sent to another machine? I have 2 licenses for Maxwell, and wouldn't mind using both for rendering a couple different angles of an image at once.

i think this is not directly possible from within maya. You'd have to run the maxwell network stuff to do so.

of course it'd be great, but so far: NO !

i'm also waiting for network rendered previews that bounce back to maya merged... but well... this might stay a dream.
