ERROR 12152 -- unknown

I keep getting this error message on the maxwell material site when trying to select a material to download.

Any ideas anybody

I think the site is currently quite slow.
And it takes a long time to log in.
(8mb symmetric adsl in use - so it isnt our adsls fault)
