Hey,

I've been tweaking one of my existing materials on the mxm Gallery and I found that I developed a much better result can I update it or Do I need to upload it as a whole new material?

Edit : Make that two updates!

You can update it. Log in, in the top left you'll see My materials link. Click it and you get a list of your materials, click one of the materials and you can fill in some info again and upload a new zip.

And when you do this and there are no materials listed, the upload was incorrect? I uploaded a material for the "1550x1" and I don't see it listed under my materials...

I'm a bit worried about updating the materials because if 120 have downloaded it and I change it they would have to download it again!

The way I'm approaching my materials is that if they rate badly and I can improve it I will - this will also help the mxm gallery with dead materials or ones that seem similar.

mtripoli, when did you upload it? It takes a while sometimes for the materials to be checked, before they appear on the site. And since both Nicole and Bea are now on holidays......

I uploaded it the last day of the contest... I can see how it may have got lost in the shuffle, so I'm waiting... if you upload one and it doesn't show in "my materials" does that mean it's still being reviewed, or I did I do something wrong (which wouldn't be new for me)...

Not sure, I think it won't appear in Your Materials until it's been approved and added to the site.
