Try a dielectric mixed with an sss material. So two bsdfs. One lambert with sss applied, the other bsdf, a dielectric type material.

And what are the best SSS settings for it?
I used Absorption - 0.2 and Scattering 0.8. Is it right?

Try more absorption I think. I don't know what settings would look ok, never tried making orange juice yet :)

Mihai when you say "One lamber bsdf with sss and one dialetric bsdf." Does that mean the lambert bsdf with sss has no transmittance color? I thought the rule for sss was to have transmittance and attenuation turned on?
