Some variety in the leafs with a backside material and some sss (subtle) for the oranges would make this a much better still shot.

i used backface material and modification of this object is impossible because growfx demo version don't allow to convert tree to mesh and the model itself is bad
for the orange i used two layers one with sss
i will create better model and try again

The bartender replies, "No, we don't have any nails! This is a bar!"

So the duck says, "Ya got any grapes?"
