Nice pictures, but a little washed out for my taste... I think you should play with the contrast and brightness... Maybe it is my monitor...

something that really caught my eye was the perspective, especially in the 2nd image. That outdoor hallway on the right side feels very off, was that photoshopped in from a render at a different angle?

It is all modeld and rendered. The only things done in photoshop are people and the shrubs. There are two seperate buildings that converge at two different angles. That is why you get what looks like an exagerated perspective down the corridor.
