While absolutely not my Industry - for testing purposes I recently rendered a random Diamond-Ring.
I found this one came out quite nicely.

@ Ivox - I was pretty amazed actually, how fast .ior files clear up. This shot took 3h in 1200/750 and reached SL19.
@philip99: mainstream Jewerely Design most of the time is not my Cup of tea really - a Closeup-Shot was the way
to let it appear interesting to me... But here you go.
