here is a model I did 4 years ago.

only a clay, but rendered in Maxwell it turned out fine. Roof and parts of the front wall are cut out to show the line itself...

JPEG artifacts are very prominent on this render. I'd replace it with a PNG

changed to png... (unfortunately the jpeg version was altered - originally this was rendered in a blueish tone and tonemapped and sharpened later..)
