very realistic lighting &mood!
the stone tile floor is excellent also the way you made the reflections work for that plant. I just think the grass is too bright compared to the bushes behind and the wooden floor looks a bit flat.
btw. i think there are some mesh artefacts on the black leather chairs * or are these on purpose?

but it's a bit weird how the window frame disappers behind the ceiling, but that must be by mistake I guess. materials and scene setup are lovely!
Thanks for the comments, I am working on the image atm. I will darken the grass and sort the wood floor out. The leather is not set up right so the bump is screwing things up.
The window is supposed to go behind the bulk head, it is designed like that. If you look at the 360 flyaround I did you will see why.
I really like the stainless steel material you are using for the table. I have been trying to find a really good stainless steel. How did you make that material?
Yip definitely great start! The glass material for the glass table doesn't look like glass it presents itself as plastic! Other than what the rest of the guys said you're almost there!
