I'd say that's a pretty neat piece of montage. 8)

I would darken a bit (very slightly) the top part of the left building where it meets yours (la parte de arriba del muro de medianera de la izquierda, ¡coño!).

If those slats pretend to be wood I have a mxm around here made for that porpouse that I can share.

Is there a railing in the bottom right part?

Great concrete and glass (I bet the glass renders quite fast, right?)

And risking to be called picky... maybe the perspective is not well matched; try to follow the horizontal lines on the left building. Anyway I'm quite sure that client won't mind. :P

Despite all I've said, it looks very good. :)

Good work so far.

The render section needs more contrast, or an increase in shadow darkness, to match the photo.

Looking forward to more.

Looks pretty good.

Did you match the camera exactly, including focal point, f-stop etc?

Just seems too in-focus before it blends into the back building which is a bit more out of focus making me think maybe one of the two mentioned above isn't perfect.

Shame we don't get editable chromatic abberation yet either, because there is a touch of that too (there is an old PS plugin for CA somewhere though)

Nice work though, I certainly would be happy with it as a client. Just from a geeky technical POV should my comments matter ;) :D
