HI, one new wip from me.
I have little problem with the lightning.
Iám using physical sky/sun. But it looks a little bit strange,
there is more light in the middle of the picture than on the edges.
Iam using max.

Maybe someone haves a tip.

Well that's awfully wide-angle. Why don't you start with a 27 or 35mm lens, pull back, and change your angle a little bit so we can see that the scene is behaving properly in other conditions.

HI, a little update, but it also looks strange.

There is also more light in the middle of the image.
And now there is a light line above the door, but in the scene there
is just this one the image.

Settings:

Lens:24mm
FOV: 73,74
f-stop: 5,6
ss: 250

What iám doing wrong????

Hey BEM,

My first thought is that your scale might be off. If you're using studio, have a look down in the bottom right corner of the viewport, and that'll tell you how wide the grid-squares are. If you're using a plug-in, make sure that the model is the right size in your program before rendering. It looks like your model might be a little big, maybe.

maxwell is a 'simulator' however it would be nice to turn off some of the more annoying 'simulation' issues, like vignetting. If it's any consolation, any real 16mm lense you use will produce some vignetting, and there are filters out there to remove it. Kinda sad you have to correct computer renders just like photographs.

Jack up the fstop a bit more, which will help reduce vignetting effects. Or, move your camera away from the subject and then you can use 35 or 40mm which will produce less distortion. :)

The texture line looks to me like your texture is repeating. Is it seamless?

Look the roses ivy.. from where are they growing from... bricks..

the little wood pot looks like it does not go very well here..

Your beton texture is simply not good, as well as the sidewalk pavement..

Where are the windows and doors..? gone..? the two window on the top right have a wall closing it or what..?

I mean I'll stop the rant here, but I usually say what I think.. in the long run, you'll like me.. :wink:
This is all these details, that, if you put them side by side make a good render... forget the camera angle for now.. work on all the rest.. and at every moment of the modeling and texturing process, you work should look good, if not, change it, or model it better, or modify the texture choice... no matter how much you tweak the camera..
