Ahhh... "pool caustics" :)

SL26? What was the light source if I may ask, Brian? It's interesting how you managed to get such a clear caustics at such a "low" SL.

It was a high quality HDR used for environment lighting. I too was surprised to see the caustics so clear when I came in to check on it this morning.

So THIS did the trick. Cool! 8)
Cause as far as I know from my tests, physical sky + sun (that is what I thought was the light source) is the worst solution in terms of caustics. I mean, for some reason they'll NEVER appear even at very high SL levels.
But this one here - SL26 - it's not a problem at all when being compared to SL31, 32...

I'm really impressed, Brain! Gotta give it a try. :)
