For those of you interested in Silo ..... , Nevercenter has a version of Silo called the Learning Version --- It doesn't have a time limit, but you can't save out anything bigger than, I think -- 100 faces(?). Anyway, .. its great to just practice with. .....but at $159, .. the plunge isn't too deep.



I think Silo is probably the best software that someone from a Nurbs background can get into the whole poly/sub-D thing. ...2cents.

Master of modeling and red Yes, this is another awesome project! I think the paint of the car should be less rough in speculars and especially the metal parts would look better with roughness 0.

Mighty fin modeling as always Nico, and your rendering is starting to look real good now on this little car.

You should turn it into a macro type shot once you finished the model, make the carpaint all rust, worn and scratched and the other metal parts dirty and scratchy.
