Thanks numerobis!!

I modelled the lamp with a "real" filament to have the most realistic effect, so it's "as real as it gets"
The glass material is just frosted glass from the wizard, but I duplicated the bsdf layer, and set the first layer to 70% and the second to 30.
Roughness for the first layer is set to 98 and the second layer roughness is set to zero, that's it :)

...so it looks like real glass around a light source is no longer a "no-no" but only a "no" - at least for a studio setup
i have to try it! :D
