I'm glad you all like it.
what's the secret behind the metal you are using on the grill, if you don't mind me asking?
I used a noise bump map, very light and small tiled, together with a little Anisotropy.

Tom once said (and i'll try to quote him as close as possible): There are no metals with roughness, it's the scratches and the imperfections that make the metal look rough.
So from then on i only used bumpmaps and scratchmaps to make my metals look rough. It's much more realistic. :)

yes, very good stuff !

are the lights (glas caps especially) modelled, or are they partly textured (bump, displacment)?

So, is this a known issue?
