it seems great when you can start to work with maxwell outside the limitations of an un-biased renderer with ML end light groups etc. As a large scale image you are succesfully using temporal tricks to get the recursive detail such as creating large blocks of planes for the interior lights and such? - this is interesting - just as I have begun to recently discover the weakness with the way Caustics are handled by the engine, and how light sources are modelled. It would appear there are elements of good-old biased approach still evident here. Have you, for example, omitted all your glass from Gi?

Hi deflix, no, there are no objects excluded by the GI. Absolutely no tricks in this scene and in any of our MR works.

Great render, I love the improvements, especially the now reflective glass of the buildings, I found that to be lacking in the first render. Maybe it was just the different kind of lighting though. Looks great!

And Nextlimit should change the slogan from "The light simulator" to
"that´s no render" :roll:

So, is this a known issue?
