Hello, I'd just suggest to start reading the manual and tutorials available at first. We're too old for hand holding here

If you want to post an image so it appears in your post directly, use the "Direct link" after you've uploaded the image to postimg.org. Then, in your post window paste this direct link, select it, then click the "Img" button in the top row of buttons in the post window.
