It is a programme called "James May's Toy Stories".

He is doing a whole series of programmes supersizing toys from the past.

So far he did the Airfix Spitfire, Plasticine (Modelling Clay), Meccano (Construction Toy), Scalextric (Slot Racing Cars). He has yet to do Lego (He has built a life sized LEGO house, and will live in it for a weekend).

The first few are available to download, not entirely legally! Though I do not condone this!
