no - it's for Andrea Fiorito. Not a super famous guy but very talented.

I ended up sorting out the ham SSS - increasing the scattering and absorption did it. thanks for the tips Bubbaloo. There was a BDSF layer with Additive for the shine already but thanks for the tip.

I'll post a link to the final tonight.

Very Creative, just be careful with the density of your blacks if you are going to print this CMYK. Your black background is very dense.
Recommend:
60% cyan
45% magenta
40% yellow
100% black

My background is actually in print - 3D is a newer venture. I've done retouching for print for about 14 years and I've art directed four magazines but thanks for the tip :o

I also wrote this CMYK conversion note for newbs:

But this was a tricky CMYK image since it leans so much into the darks, it's important to use a custom black generation curve so as to not lose all the saturation.

So, is this a known issue?
