actually there are still emitters in the most recent render, i have them in so that i can increase the lighting on the back of the chairs without making the scene/image brighter.

Did you try to reproduce a beach photo setup? i mean with some
bright white squares reflecting light? Hyltom provided a MXI somewhere that could help, or just do a soften square in Photoshop and turns it into a MXI
Hope it helps, but manyway using emitters give a studio look
