I think it looks great. I'm no Maxwell expert, so I can't critique materials and what not, but I will say that having worked with a few developers recently, they probably won't like the Gerets street (although it does look nice) because it looks so worn and they won't like the small trees.

Yes, in real life streets look like that and when you first build something plants are only a year or two old, but all the developers I've worked with want to show what it'll look like 20 years from now. Of course, in their view, 20 years from now means that everything grows huge, full, and green while the building miraculously doesn't age a day. :wink: :lol:

thxs misterasset :wink: . You are right. But the client wants trees but that these do not cover the houses. Then the architect to decided to place these small trees. The gerets street is so nice ... :oops:
