Very intuitive to use too.........last time I looked at it was v2 I think, some years back anyway.
Now, how can I convince my wife I really really need it......and more than the new cooker.

You could try impressing her with a beautifully animated creme brulee or mousse.. or an exquisite aspic.. can RF do that kind of consistency too?

well I might give it a try ... looks like there is also a hard dynamics simulation possible now..

Not sure about creme brulees, but the feature-set looks pretty darn superb!
Gotta try the elastics........but there's too much fun to be had throwing liquid about at the moment.
Yeah the cooker will win Herve, I know better than to push it too far.

Victor, thanks for dropping by. Maxwell & Reaflow are I think made for each other...........absolutely superb. Must try and make the most of my 15 days evalutation!........got some ideas, touch wood I get the time.
