There are 2 ways to save as MXS.

1. File->Export and choose "Maxwell Scene File" as a Save as Type.
2. F10->Renderer tab->check MXS output and provide a path and hit render.

Rendering can be achieved using MXCL directly.

Can you open the file with OSX version of Studio? If you hit render from Studio, MXCL tells you that mxs is invalid?

i don´t want to opens from studio because the objects change place and rotate maybe because i used instance in them!

I would like to open directly the mxs file, only with the viewer from maxwell

I know you want to avoid Studio, you said that in the first post, but I want to know if Studio is able to open the MXS file and to start MXCL from there. I want to find out why MXCL is unable to open the file.

As long as your scene renders OK you don't have to uncheck "Use instancing". If it renders in a funny way, it means the scene contains some modifiers that are used with instanced geometry, and in that case you have to uncheck "Use instancing".
