I know a lot of people already notice a problem with Time & Date settings. Each time I click in Render, Maxwell may use or not the current date and time as default, therefore I need to be extra careful and check that option before every render.

Maybe it's some bug, but if it is, it's a borring one, the options are fine, but spend time to configure a scene and when I render I notice "too late" the time was changed, just piss me off!!

I use XP64 Pro, Max 9 and plugin 1.079. Thanks a lot :)

Anyway, now we can see all the work done with this plugin, it's amazing now!! The render engine is stable and only some options are tweaked or added with each update. No problem with material editor and M~R, therefore all is perfect :) Don't stop 8)

If I'm not wrong it happens because you are loading a preset saved with the previous plugin. Resave the preset and reload and everything will be fine.

No preset changed or loaded. In fact if I let the Max open several hours - with the same scene - and try a new render, the time change to the current time computer again.

Never loaded a preset using that scene? If you once load the old preset and save the scene every time you open the scene it will have the problem. Try to set default scanline as renderer and change back to maxwell, reset SL, time, date,... to what you want and try again.

Ok, thanks :) I'm gonna set default scanline as renderer and back to maxwell and see what's happen. But it can take more 2 days to verify, it's a borring file (110Mb, 5mn to open + 1mn to save - no doubt, a speed drive is an important part for a speed work :P ) and I'm almost working non stop on it  Not really an heavy scene - only 2,5M polys - but lot of elements (building structure).

I back soon with news

Just noticed this myself, output 200 frames of animation and started rendering, and wow, the room is now orange for dusk...

Checking the date/time BEFORE you output MXS files or render is key...

I simply reloaded the same scene and it appears on loadup the time/date/location are all reset to default time/date or something.
