Hello there,
Here a scene that i am working on now, not as thrilled as i wanted to be but then again i am pretty new and i am sure i am doing things wrong here and there. one of my main issues is the yellow lamp on the back. It is suppose to be a light inside and then a yellow plexi that will diffuse that light, but apparently that cannot be done yet?

Please comment, critique, rip me a new one, i hope to learn something new.
Thank you in advance

The model is very nice, but you will never have a noise-free picture with this kind of emitters... All this glass surrounding the lamp.
I am not sure if your yellow lamp can be done correctly, just try to use different types of glass and strong emitters.
Still, if you can afford rendering 1-2 weeks  ...You will have a very nice picture.

Thanks, even though i was only counrting with less than a week to render. I could really use the cooperative render but it is not out yet :( . I think i am chanching the lights at the ceiling taking out the glass difusers maybe that will give me a clearer picture. other than that, those spherical lights at the top are killing me because i have to use glass as the shell with an emitter inside, I also need SSS. My client will kill me if this does not get done, so NL please hurry and get me a 1.0 by tomorrow, i took a leap of faith na dalthough i love M~R i am stress and kind of regreting using it for my work without the 1.0, too late to backtrack now.

Thanks for the comets JTB, i did find a post yesterday and i found that by using a crown glass with Abbe of 200 and roughness of .8 the glass becomes very diffuse.

 (not laughing, but tweeking)
