I am using VIZ 2006 that has a standard "Panorama Exporter" utility that allows to create and then view 360 degree spherical panoramas. It functions launching 6 renderings for the camera in place (front, back, right, left, up, down). Everything is seamless; the renderings are automatically brought in the utility and stitched to form the 360 degree view. Unfortunately if I assign the Maxwell renderer this is what happens: 6 copies of Maxwell Render are launched at the same time and each one generates one of the 6 renderings, everything stops there, the Panorama Viewer does not pick up the 6 images and it just shows a black screen.

Does anybody have any idea on how I could fix that? I tried to take the 6 Maxwell shots and stitch them in Photoshop but I could not make it work...

Thanks,
M

It won't be possible with Maxwell, since it have to constantly feed the panorama plug-in with a correct order of the rendered images. I recommend the use of a third party tool.
